Types of robotic welding

TIG arc welding robot. A non-combustible tungsten electrode and a metal are used. It is widely used in the automotive sector due to its high precision.

Resistance welding. It transmits current between two metallic pieces causing a pool of high temperatures in which they melt. It is applied in heat treatments.

Plasma welding. Ionized gas is used to introduce extreme high temperatures.
