In our company we have a robot welding. This robot has two tables to give the highest quality in our welding jobs.

Existing types of welding
The first thing we want to distinguish between the types of welds:
1. Homogeneous welding. The materials used are of the same nature, as well as the filling material. Within this type of welding we can find:
–oxyacetylene welding. The heat of the flame obtained from the combustion of acetylene gas with oxygen is used.
–by electrical resistance. The pieces are joined together by pressure through electrodes.
2. Heterogeneous welding. The molten materials are of a different nature. In this type of welding we find the following two:
-Soft soldering. It does not need a very high energy level and it oxidizes less.
–brazing. It needs a high level of energy that can reach up to 800 degrees Celsius.
There are other types of welding according to your technique how can it be:
-Electric arc welding. A coated electrode is used and is powered by a source of electricity.
-Resistance welding. Electric current is used and applied to the parts.
–solid state welding. Ultrasound waves are used to join the pieces
